Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome is a disease which mainly affects children under five years of age and more rarely adults.
As yet no known cure exists for HUS. The only temporary solutions are dialysis or even a kidney transplant.
We in GKN Axles want to use our extensive network of contacts all over the world to spread the word about HUS and provide financial backing for research into the disease.
